Overview
Birsen Beauty Studio is the first customer of the Beauty Salon Appointment System I built. The project therefore has two halves: the studio's own corporate site, and the booking system running inside it. The flow described on the product's landing page was tested here with real customers for the first time.
On the showcase side, services are listed with their durations: laser hair removal, professional skin care, body contouring protocols such as G5/cavitation + EMSlim + lymphatic drainage, silk lashes, sculpted nails and gel removal. Each service has its own detail page, so the customer sees how long a treatment takes before booking. The team page introduces the founding aesthetician along with the nail and lash specialists — in this sector customers usually choose a person, not a salon.
The booking flow runs in four steps: service, staff member, date and time, contact details. The total duration and price of the selected services update live at the bottom of the screen throughout, so nothing is a surprise at the last step. Available slots are computed from staff working calendars; booked hours are never shown, which makes double booking technically impossible. When a booking is confirmed, the customer receives an SMS.
The site is also connected to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook; for a visitor not yet ready to book, a one-tap WhatsApp enquiry stays available on every page.
